EAT THE RAINBOW WEEK!!

Eat the Rainbow week is May 1-May 5, a great way to celebrate the start of May! Students will be encouraged to participate in making healthy food choices that coordinate with a different color of the rainbow each day. The Wellness Team along with our PTA will organize and provide a tray of snacks for each classroom everyday, promoting that color and the benefits of eating foods of that color. Our cafeteria will also highlight our colors on their menu. Please ask your child what their favorite food was and if they tried something new. We hope that our Wildcats will eat a variety of foods across the colors of the rainbow to make them grow strong and healthy. Let's wear the color of the day as well! Daily colors are:

Monday: RED

Tuesday: ORANGE/YELLOW

Wednesday: GREEN

Thursday: BLUE/PURPLE

Friday: RAINBOW
