Dismissal - Final announcements are
made at 2:30, and student dismissal starts at 2:40pm.
If you are picking up
a child at the end of the school day, please park in our side parking
lot and wait outside the door near the gym.
If you are
picking up a child during the day or at the end of the school day,
please come to the office and sign the child out. We ask that you
don't go down to the classroom, we will call the child to the office.
Parents are asked to wait outside the school office when picking
up their child.
Appointments - When you make appointments for doctors, dentists, etc. please try to make them outside school time. This also tells your child that you think school and learning are important.
Bringing forgotten items to school - If you bring a child's lunch, homework, etc. to school, instead of taking those items to the classroom, bring them to the office. We will either place them in the teacher's mailbox or take them to the classroom during a natural break time.
Contact Information - If you've
moved, changed phone numbers, emergency contact person or daycare
provider, please contact the school office with the new information.
Balloons and Flowers - If you have balloons delivered to the school during the day for your child, they will be held in the office until the end of the day. Large bouquets and balloon arrangements may not be allowed on the bus and someone would need to come pick them up.
